31. Population changes by race, age, sex and level of affluence.

Nowadays, the population changes because the situation is much better than 17 years ago, remember the 1999 financial crisis that Colombia was going, that high inflation rates and the high interest rates, the housing bubble, the bankruptcy of many companies, anyway, that year was a chaos (Nullvalue, 1999).

Now many people can buy their own houses, cars, lots and much more, because the situation is different. In Bogotá the population are more young than later years, both men and women, this chart explain that:

The same applies to the actual education, now there are percentiles that confirm various variables, for example, 27% of the Population from Bogotá have cursed the primary education, the 36,7% cursed the secondary education and 22,1% cursed the professional and master education (DANE, 2010). This is the latest census that the nation has in 2005 but the DANE generate a census at this year and the results will come at 2017 (Sanchez, 2016).

In conclusion, this changes benefits our industry because the population has a growth in every variable and it can be more beneficial in terms like economical, professional and obviously social.
