Rivalry Among Competing Firms:

the competition offer similar things, Fast Fruit offers 100% natural fruit pulp, are interested in the people's health providing a wide variety of options for the customers. On the other hand Pulpas Oni is a well recognized company that sells a wide variety of products mainly to institutions such as schools, industries, ect, that as well are interested in their customers health. The difference is the way they managed to do so, and who develop their strategies best.  

 

Potential Development of Substitute Products:

Direct consumption of fruit pulp as a substitute for fresh fruits is not directly related to any kind of complementary product. Its use in the preparation and consumption as fruit juice can be isolated (soda) or relate to complementary products as accompanist meals (desktop). But if we will like to  consider a substitute product will be de natural fruits.  

Potential Entrance of New Competitors:

As this is a market that is growing, basically becasue people look things that are practical and dosent take many time.  And as this kind of products are practical for people, many people are taking this as an advantage and starting their business in this market. Also becasue of the levels of contamination is better to maintain the fruit frozen and that in maintains good for a long time, so in the future the froxen fruit pulp will be cnciderede to be better than extracting the pulp of an old fruit. 
 

Bargaining Power of Consumers:

Considering customers as one of the main factors that increase the competition in a market. We seek to give our customers the best possible experience with our products, also we want them to feel connected to the company allowing them to share with us their opinions about as. This will be an advantage because we know that some of our direct competition does not have this kind of connection with their customers.

Bargaining Power of Suppliers:

As we start as a small and new company in the market we will have to limitate our interaction with the  suppliers. But as the five porters diagrama says, is important to have a close connection to our suppliers and have alliances with them. As the suppliers may increase their prices we will need to be available on having the correct prices so the company isn't going to be affected. Also to be careful to choose the correct suppliers that does not create any problem to our company production.
