DISTRIBUTION

The idea is to look for a warehouse that is cheap and well located for our sales territory. We thought that it will be good to have a warehouse in the zone of Toberin, this because it's a zone where you can find different kinds of warehouses with the sizes we will need to produce and maintain our inventory.

At the very beginning as we are a new company entering n the market we will like to sell to our final customer, with this we will start to sell the fruit pulp to families or people that make natural juices in their houses, but when we get positioned in the market the idea is to sell as well to restaurants, schools, bars, etc…

The retailers that will provide our product to the customers will be stores like Carulla, Exito, Olimpica. That will allow people to have easy access to this kind of stores and so to our products. Our sales territory will be in the north of Bogota, in the range of the 7ma to Boyaca, and between Calle 80 and Calle 210.

The inventory levels that the company is going to manage are really low. These because as we are going to manage food we need to be careful it does not get damage with the time and generate losses to the company or deliver passed out food and create a bad reputation in the market. We are going to maintain this inventory in the same warehouse where it's going to be produce to maintain low costs of transportation,etc… We will search for a delivery employee that has his own transport car and the company will try to adequate the car in order to be capable of transporting the frozen fruit pulp with any problem.
