23. Pollution Control
Many countries around the world is creating a pollution control to avoid the climate change and many of the problems that this entails. Colombia is creating some plans to stop the production of pollution gases and those plans reduces drastically contaminant gases that affect us.
In Bogotá city there are some plans to control the pollution, one of those plan is called “Día Sin Carro”, consists that many of all the inhabitants of Bogotá can´t take out their cars, and this plan is working yet CITATION Red16 \l 9226 (Redaccion Bogota, 2016). The next chart will expose the pollution rates at this moment and for future days:
Also with this regulations, a lot of new technologies are implanted, one of these technologies are the Electric Taxis, in Bogotá there are maybe 50 of these vehicles. These taxis don’t emit any contaminant air and contribute with the environment care (Alcaldia de Bogota, N/A).
In brief, this pollution controls benefits our industry because it can stop many of the climate changes that affect a lot of the crops where we take out our raw material.
