SUBSIDIES

The development of one nation is given by the productivity and action that one country may have in its economy, and that rate is given by the people that participates in that construction. So one important issue that one state has to take into account is the well- being of every person.

One option that one state has to keep that development is giving subsidies to its citizens, understanding that the development of every person influences and has little impact in the productivity and in the finances of it.

“Los resultados del último cuatrienio (2006-2009), en términos de la asignación de subsidios por departamento, muestra que se asignaron más de 171.000 subsidios en todos el país. En términos de las bolsas, los recursos han estado orientados, principalmente a la población con mayores dificultades para conseguir el cierre financiero. Es así como entre 2006 y 2009 cerca del 50% de los subsidios asignados con recursos del Gobierno Nacional se distribuyeron entre población desplazada y afectada por desastres naturales”.

There is also an important consideration of the specific activities that are taken into account for investing in subsidies of the state. That means that the study of the people that is supported is different, and according certain unexpected situations, or situations that cannot be entirely control by the government.
