Considering that the Colombian government has the power of decision in the norms that concerns to every industry that is developing in the nation. In that sense it is important to study the regulations and deregulations.

 

According to the Colombian organizational system, it is crucial for the “Ministerio de Industria y Comercio” to take charge of the legislation and the certain changes that can occur with it which are the denominated deregulations or deregulations in every law. “Formular las políticas para la regulación del mercado, la normalización, evaluación de la conformidad, calidad, promoción de la competencia, protección del consumidor y propiedad industrial”. (DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA FUNCIÓN PÚBLICA).
