36. Number of Women and Minority Workers

Many of the minorities around the world has been discriminated just because they are different, and have different beliefs and the same thing happen with the women because people think that they are still being the weaker genre. But today this is changing, many companies are contracting the minorities and women to generate more equity in the society.

According the surveys of 17,410 workers surveyed, mestizos are 64.9%, 27.3% white, 4.5% black, 0.7% Indians and mulattos 2.6%. But 60% of the survey participants said that the black minority give a worst treatment than the white women, the other 37% said that is equal and the other 1,9% said that the black minority give a better treatment (Semana, 2014).

Finally, those people have the same possibilities to make a great job and our industry could take any advantage in addition to create employment and equity.
