Objectives

The objectives that the Management Committee have are:

• Generates benefits for every stakeholder, especially the internal stakeholders, whom collaborates with the growing of the company.

• Create strategies to make a better performance of the company to create a better product to our customers.

 

Devising Strategies

Make strategies like, create some relations with the supplier companies to get much better costs with the raw material is an excellent idea or generates more specialized labor hand to create more quality products to get more and more benefits.

Policies

1. Every week the committee must have a reunion to talk about the situation of the company and what projects will be carried out.

2. Every manager of the committee will must present a report of the activities that happen in each of their areas, this report will be presented every reunion.

3. All of the managers will give empowerment to their work team.
