Local, state, and national elections
In Colombia political leaders are elected to exercise a period of 4 years. In this period they aim to develop their presidential plan and carry it out through the budget and financial aid.
Generally, in countries presidential elections, which is the largest political representative of the country, regional and state are given. In our country we have lately seen an increase in blank votes from the population.
Why the population has increased their votes blank? Colombians are tired of corruption, theft of resources and budget by the political authorities and the failure of projects. (RealPolitikMundial, 2014)
This phenomenon affects our company because corruption makes transportation projects, roads and infrastructure, and social development are not met and delay the overall development of the country. Besides that, the change of leaders can change many things in each period suddenly.
