IMPORT / EXPORT FACTORS

The major part of the countries around the world use these methods to export their products and import some products that are necessary for the sustenance of the Country. These methods have taken power with an important term called Globalization that refers to the shift toward a more integrated and interdependent  world economy (Hills, 2014).

 

In Colombia the exportation brands are open 1991, in the government of Cesar Gaviria, with this important economic progress Colombia increase the GDP and the develop starts to growth in the country. Nowadays, in this month Colombia $2.715.5 billion pesos, the last year Colombia exports in total $3.211,2 billion pesos (DANE, 2016) and in imports Colombia purchase $2714,1 billion pesos in May, at the same month but in 2015 Colombia imports $3.317,7 (DANE, 2016), with this information the Central Bank determinates de GDP and the Consumption Index.

 

In conclusion, with this information we can determine how many importations enter to Colombia and know the prices of many products that we can use to produce our products.
