27. Average level of education

The primary purpose of secondary education is to prepare the student to access Higher Education, Education for Work and Human Development or Production System. (Dnp.gov.co, 2016)

In Colombia the average education is aimed at students between 15 and 16 years and occurs in only 2 years (10 and 11). In other countries this average education is given in 3 or 4 years. This is better for preparing young people to higher education entry. (Ministerio de Educacion, 2016).

Summarizing, this could affect our company because the population just their studies without the experience and enough to exercise and take large positions in companies’ large projects preparation.
