22. Attitude Toward Costumer Service

Colombia starts to create a high level of customer service, maybe it began with the call centers and technologies communications using many of the international rules, all of this in 2011. (Portafolio, 2011).

Nowadays, an excellent customer service is the success of many companies, the reason? When reduce 5% the client desertion you have 80% of benefits to your company. Loose a client is costs four times more than draw one (Portafolio, 2014). With these reasons can be inferred that the Colombian population attitude toward customer service are very positive for any company or much better industry.

In brief, a great customer service generates a lot of profits and benefits for the majority of industries including our industry. Catch the clients is one of the missions that a industry had, that’s the reason why the costumers service is very important.
